Welcome to Zinc Skin. By accessing or purchasing from zinc-skin.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.

We sell skincare products and related items (the “Products”) through our online store.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase Products from the Site.
USE OF THE SITE
You agree:
• Not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.
PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:
• Colours and packaging may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen
• We do not guarantee that all Products will be in stock at all times
• We reserve the right to discontinue or change any Product at any time
PRICING AND TAX
All prices are listed on the Site and may be subject to change at any time. Depending on your location, prices may include or exclude applicable taxes. Any such charges will be indicated during the checkout process.
ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the Products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the Products to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example, where:
• The Product is out of stock
• There is an error in the price or description
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
PAYMENT
We accept major payment methods and secure third-party payment providers (such as card processors or digital wallets). By providing payment information, you confirm that:
• You are authorised to use the payment method
• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment provider. If payment is not authorised, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and may cancel the order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as courier delays, customs checks or strikes).
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the Products passes to you once we have received full payment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS — COSMETIC HYGIENE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we apply specific hygiene rules.
Your legal rights:
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of delivery (cooling-off period). However, this right does not apply for:
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
Our returns policy:
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return.
• To be eligible for a refund, Products must be:
– Unused
– Unopened
– In their original, undamaged packaging with all hygiene seals intact
We cannot accept returns of:
• Any skincare or cosmetic Products which have been opened, used, unsealed or otherwise cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
• Products without original packaging or missing hygiene seals
• Products not returned within the specified timeframe
If you receive a faulty or damaged Product, please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photographs of the issue. Where the Product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
To request a return, please email us at zincskin11@gmail.com with your order number and details of the Product(s) you wish to return. We will provide further instructions.
Online Consultation – UK Digital Services Terms
1. Nature of the Service
Online consultations provided by ZincSkin constitute a digital service delivered remotely. The consultation is advisory in nature and does not replace an in-person medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure an online consultation.

By completing the booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services purchased online.
However, by booking an online consultation scheduled to take place within this 14-day period, you expressly request ZincSkin to begin the service before the cooling-off period ends and acknowledge that:

Once the consultation has taken place, you lose your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund.

This consent is given at the point of booking and payment.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the consultation, failure to attend, or late arrival are non-refundable.

Once the online consultation has taken place, the fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome or personal satisfaction.
5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and at ZincSkin’s discretion.

Late rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation and charged in full.
6. Communication
All communication regarding online consultations, including cancellations, rescheduling, or refund requests, must be made in writing via email:

Requests made via social media, WhatsApp, or other platforms will not be accepted as valid notice.
7. Technical Issues
ZincSkin is not responsible for:

Technical issues on the client’s side (including internet connection, device failure, or software incompatibility),

Incorrect email address or contact details provided by the client,

Failure to check emails, spam folders, or booking confirmations.
If ZincSkin experiences a technical failure that prevents delivery of the consultation, a reschedule or refund will be offered where appropriate.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Any recommendations provided during an online consultation are informational only. ZincSkin does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or suitability of products or treatments discussed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

ZincSkin shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of online consultation advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWALS (IF OFFERED)
We may offer subscription plans which provide regular deliveries of Products.
• By signing up to a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or at another interval specified at checkout).
• Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
• You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription via your account on the Site (where available) or by contacting us at zincskin11@gmail.com.
• Changes or cancellations need to be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES & OFFERS
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or special offers.
• Such offers may be subject to their own terms and conditions, including expiry dates and usage limits.
• Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
